Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers of 4 to 6 pages in two-column formats including diagrams and references. Authors can submit their papers as PDF files through EDAS click here to submit. 

All papers should be formatted for standard A4 size. IEEE conference templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
