Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished full papers of 4–6 pages in two-column IEEE conference format (including figures and references). Papers must be submittedvia EDAS (submission link: https://edas.info/N33737).

CupCarbon 2025 Workshop
In addition, as part of the conference, we are hosting the CupCarbon 2025 Workshop (https://cupcarbon.com/workshops/2025/), which invites short papers (up to 4 pages, IEEE format) on Wireless Sensor Networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Digital Twin research, with particular emphasis on signal processing and information security.

 

For Final Manuscript Submission:

1) Address reviewers’ comments & submit camera-ready paper

• Revise your manuscript to address all reviewers’ comments.
• Prepare the camera-ready version using the IEEE template (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates).
• Use PDF eXpress™ (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F) to to verify your final paper. 67605X is the PDF eXpress Conference ID.
• Upload the PDF eXpress–approved PDF as your camera-ready submission via EDAS (1571196909) by 31 October 2025.

2) Submit IEEE Copyright via EDAS

• Complete the IEEE Copyright Transfer in EDAS for your accepted paper (required for inclusion in the proceedings).

3) Register at ICSPIS 2025

• Register by 31 October 2025 to guarantee inclusion in the proceedings: https://edas.info/r33737

4) Presentation details The presentation schedule and instructions will be shared soon. At least one author must attend and present the paper at ICSPIS‘2025.
