Paper Submission Guidelines
- Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished full papers of
4–6 pages in two-column IEEE conference format (including figures and references). - All papers should be formatted using IEEE conference templates.

- All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into
IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Plagiarism Policy
All submitted papers will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Papers with significant similarity or unethical citation practices will be rejected.
ICSPIS 2026 adheres to the official IEEE guidelines on plagiarism and publication ethics.
Authors must ensure originality of their work and proper citation of all sources. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
The use of AI tools (e.g., generative AI systems) must be disclosed in the manuscript. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted work.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
All submissions must comply with IEEE policies regarding AI-generated content and research integrity.
