Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers of 4 to 6 pages in two-column formats including diagrams and references. Authors can submit their papers as PDF files through EDAS click here to submit. The title page should include author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and e-mail address(es). 

All papers should be formatted for standard A4 size. IEEE conference templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
